Acura is a luxury automaker that is pretty new to the market as automobile brands go. The Acura PDF car brochures and the line has only been around since 1986. That’s when Honda created the brand primarily for American consumers. Quality associated with the Honda name and reputation for dependable vehicles were instrumental in the success of the Acura automobile line. The American auto buyer wanted something more than Honda currently offered. They wanted luxury, high-line features at a reasonable price. Plus the prestige of owning a luxury automobile. The original introduction of the Acura line in 1986 consisted of only two vehicles. The Acura Legend and the Integra Sport were available as a coupe and a sedan. Both of which were well accepted by the U.S. car buyer. Then in 1991, Acura introduced the NSX sports car. A vehicle that offered performance similar to that of other more expensive sports cars.
The Popularity of Acura Cars and Brochures
In the ’90s, the Acura sales grew by increasing their offerings, but not without difficulties. New models replaced the original popular Acura models. That is when Acura changed its model names to Alpha designations. Models that you can still see today in the ever-increasing line of Acura automobiles. The Acura SLX was an Isuzu Trooper SUV with a few changes, and the results were dismal. That was because the past Acura customers and fans felt cheated. No matter how you dress it up, Isuzu was not an Acura. Which was apparent to the Acura car buyer.
The Acura line made big changes in 2000 and completely overhauled its line of automobiles. The TL, MDX, and RDX were among their new vehicles. Which all became popular with Acura fans. Acura Car Line Gains Depth
Acura continued to evolve. In 2007 the Acura product line included the ILX, TLX, RLX, RDX, MDX, and ZDX. The Acura brand continues to grow its luxury line of automobiles. While earning respect from the discerning car buyer. The buyer wants something more than Honda has to offer. However, they still want the reliability and dependability that Acura/Honda does so well. In 2015 Aura’s well-round line of automobiles includes the ILX, their compact entry-level sedan. Plus the TLX midsize sedan and the RLX luxury sedan. They also added the RLX Sport Hybrid sedan. Acura also offered the RDX compact SUV and the MDX 7 passenger SUV to round out the Acura line. The Acura line consists of solid, dependable, and reliable vehicles.
